Do you advise on financial investments?
No. Our work covers real estate, project structuring and strategy. For advice on financial instruments (shares, funds, structured products), please consult a registered client adviser or an institution supervised by FINMA.
How are you paid?
Through fees, either fixed or time-based, agreed in writing before the engagement begins. Where part of the fee depends on the success of a transaction, this is stated from the outset.
What size of project do you take on?
There is no fixed threshold. What matters is that an outside, structured view genuinely changes the decision.
Are our discussions confidential?
Yes. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any documents are shared.
Do you work outside Switzerland?
We are based in Geneva, with a presence in London. We can support cross-border projects, working with local advisers where the applicable law requires it.
